Walk and Talk Eco-Therapy
Walk and talk therapy, also known as ecotherapy, blends conversation with outdoor activity in natural settings. Client and therapist converse while walking, benefiting from the calming environment and physical movement. This approach fosters relaxation, promotes openness, and enhances the therapeutic relationship. It’s perfect for those who prefer informal settings, enjoy nature, or find sitting still challenging. During this time together in nature, integrated therapies are implemented. These sessions take place in local, easy to access, yet less trodden places of natural beauty, such as woodlands, lakes and nature reserves. Integrated Therapies
Integrated therapies offer a personalized approach to wellness, blending techniques like IEMT, EFT (emotional freedom technique), IFS (internal family systems), somatic parts work, Reiki, life coaching, ecotherapy, body healing coaching, and somatic movement; with a mind-body approach. These modalities address mental, emotional, and physical well-being, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. By combining these approaches, we can create a comprehensive toolkit for holistic healing and growth, fostering balance and transformation.
